  1. What should I do if we don't have a Facebook page?
    You will need to set up a Facebook page in order to run ads (you do not need an Instagram account to run ads there). You can create one in a few minutes with these steps.


  2. What does it mean to give Outreach “Facebook advertiser access”?
    Granting our Facebook Ads team Advertiser Access simply means that we can create ads for your page, edit the ads, and access reports on the ads. Advertising Access does not give permission to log in as you or access to any payment information associated with your Facebook account.


  3. What if we do not have an Instagram account?
    You do not need to have an Instagram account for your church to have social media ads appear on that site. Your ads will link directly to your church’s homepage.


  4. When will my ads run on Facebook and Instagram, and for how long?
    For the Bronze Facebook Ads Package - Your campaign will run on Facebook up to 10 days before your event/service
    For the Silver Facebook Ads Package - Your campaign will run on Facebook and Instagram for up to 12 days before your event/service
    For the Gold Facebook Ads Package - Your campaign will run on Facebook and Instagram for up to 15 days before your event/service


  5. How many people on Facebook and Instagram will see my ads?
    Your ads will run on Facebook and or/Instagram with an average of 15,000 to 50,000 impressions (total number of views on your ad) depending on the ad package you choose.


  6. How will I know if visitors are coming because of the Facebook Ad?
    While not every visitor wants to be acknowledged as being new to your church, you could ask visitors who do fill out a community card or pick up a visitor gift how they heard about your church. After your event, your social media ad coordinator will send you a report on how many people saw your ad, clicked on it and went to your website.


  7. Can I customize my Facebook Ads?

  8. Can I choose more than one ad?
